not too sure .all i do know is a lot of site having problem with paypal at the moment that for sure sorry i can help anymore than that

Chances are, if the transaction is reversed, you are getting the money, you can try contact the person who paid you, if they're working with you to resolve the problem, chances are 90% you'll get the money. This is based on my experience.
